Side percher Fascinator in black sinamay, adorned with a waterfall of white glass pearls. Arrowhead quills burst out of a gorgeous white coloured Dahlia – the leaf tips have been hand painted and embellished with black glass pearls which burst like an exploding firework from the centre. Black veiling creates a cascade at the back providing interest from all sides.
