Over the years, I have helped shy girls.

As a mum of three — and as someone who was once a bullied teenager myself — I understand how overwhelming this stage of life can feel. Prom season can be exciting on the outside, but underneath there can be nerves, self-doubt, and pressure to measure up.

When I created this business, I made myself a promise:
